Little Dragon's Program is Designed for children aged 5- 8 years of Age.

Little Dragon's is a Martial Arts based activity that will give your child a confident start to life,

Little Dragon's combines Anti-Bully Stratagies, Anti-Abduction Skills, Combined with basic Self Defense Skills to help your child avoid or escape a dangerous situation.

Little Dragon"s will help improve Concentration, Focus, Co-ordination, Balance, Discipline,

Your Child's Confidence will surge and their Self Esteem will greatly increase. Your Childs Listening Skills will improve, core strength will rise and they will have the time of their life with all the games and activities, all designed for a purpose to improve and educate your child
